Arts in Nature Project

Over the past seven weeks, our ‘Green Fingered’ Social Prescribing Link Worker Trish has been working with a group of ten people in partnership with artists and creative writers from Breakdown Bolton to create wonderful work displayed at the Asda in Astley Bridge.

This was made possible by the support of The Woodland Trust Smithills Estate, who very generously funded the project.

The groups focus was on ‘Spring’. They created some wonderful poems and prose alongside some beautiful paintings, choosing their favourites to display in the shadow boxes.
